Meet Celia! Born and raised in New York City, her stunning jewelry pieces have been featured in national TV commercials, movies, and television shows. Outside of jewelry, she is also an accomplished oil painter, specializing in portraits and landscapes. Meet Celia in person at the Custom Design Event and create something truly special together!
